Nina's Moxie Fab Entry

My seven-year-old daughter Nina wanted to "do a challenge with Mama."  So, she made this card for a friend who is getting married.  She did all the cutting, gluing, embossing, etc.  The idea was totally hers. She loves chihuahuas, and she thought the idea of two chihuahuas finding each other was soooo romantic. Of course, I helped her out with the writing.  On a side note, for embossing, I really like the Sizzix Textured Impressions.  It only does embossing, but it works with all the cuttlebug folders, and it is about a third the price of the cuttle bug.  Since I have the Cricut Expression, I don't really need a die cutter.  If you are looking for an embossing tool, the Textured Impressions is a good option.  Check out the other entries for this challenge at http://www.moxiefabworld.com/2010/06/tuesday-trigger.html

  1. Way to go Nina! Your colored squares are a perfect interpretation of the pillow and I love your design concept. And who doesn't love little dogs? Keep creating my friend - your work is *wild* ;)
